What counts as a "verified post"?+
Content that matches the brief (product, tone, platform, duration, disclosures) and passes our fraud + engagement checks. If a post fails verification, you are not charged for it.
Can I cancel Growth anytime?+
Yes — no annual lock-in. Cancel mid-cycle and you keep access until the period ends. No refund for partial months but no charge for the next.
Are creators paid from the commission?+
No. The creator payout is separate — it's the amount shown on each mission. Our commission is the platform fee, paid by you on top.
What about VAT and invoicing?+
Everything is billed from our EU entity with proper VAT handling for your country. You get a single monthly invoice with line items per mission.
Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?+
Yes — 50% off Growth for verified startups (< 2 years, < €2M ARR) and non-profits. Email hello@pinfly.io with proof.
